When you register with us, when you become a Black Christian Influencers Member or a member of any Black Christian Influencers owned or operated platform, when you choose to teach, attend, or host a course or Event (as defined in our Terms of Service), or when you engage with Black Christian Influencers- sponsored webpages, including those involving surveys, polls, or quizzes, we may ask you for Personal Data. “Personal Data” refers to information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household. In addition, we may collect data that is not identifiable to you or otherwise associated with you, such as aggregated data. This is not Personal Data. Personal data that we need to create your account and that enables you to use the Services.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, then we will collect certain information from you, such as your email address. Payment Information

If you sign up for a membership, or other service, or make purchases, we collect certain data about your purchase (such as your name, billing address, and ZIP code) as necessary to process your order and which may be saved to process future orders. The exact personal data collected and used will vary depending on the payment method.

You must provide certain payment and billing data directly to our payment service providers, including your name, credit card information, billing address, and ZIP code. We may also receive limited information, like the fact that you have a new credit card and the last four digits of that card, from payment service providers to facilitate payments. Black Christian Influencers does not collect or store sensitive cardholder data, such as full credit card numbers or card authentication data.

Your credit card information is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with its privacy policies and is never stored by Black Christian Influencers or shared with its employees or vendors, except in cases where a refund is requested.

  • User-generated content you provide to us, such as when you upload a photo, link social media pages and other social media content, leave a review, ask or answer a question, or otherwise participate in a public discussion forum or community;

Our Services include social features in which you can find, enjoy, and share content. Your membership directory (such as name, profile photo, social media pages, and bio) will always be viewable and searchable by other users. The content you post to the Membership Directory will be displayed on the (Site) and viewable by other users by default. We are not responsible for the other users’ use of available information, so you should carefully consider whether and what to post or how you identify yourself on the Membership Directory.

Social Networks and Other Online Services

Our Services allow you to, upon your direction, disclose information to social networking services, such as Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. You understand and agree that the use of your information by any social networking websites will be governed by the privacy policies of these third-party platforms and your settings on that platform. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. Educational Experience

To facilitate interactions between our Instructors and users, we share with Instructors data that we have about users concerning content users access, purchase, or request information about, so Instructors can improve their content for you and other users. This data may include things like your name, email address, country, browser language, operating system, device settings, the site that brought you to the Services, and certain activities on the Services, like how many minutes you have watched and for what course or other content.

Depending on your settings, your shared content and profile data may be publicly viewable, including to other students and Instructors. If you leave a review, ask a question, or post on a discussion board, your information (including your name) may also be publicly viewable. Note that within the Services, all discussion boards, groups, or other public forums available to participants are publicly visible to other participants. Please be aware that any information you post publicly can be cached, copied, screen captured, or stored elsewhere by others (e.g., search engines) before you have a chance to edit or remove it. Accordingly, please take care when using these forums and do not post confidential or proprietary information through those features.

Opting-out, Correcting and Updating Your Information

Black Christian Influencers utilizes Email as a vital and primary communication channel with registered users of this Site. By providing us with your Email address, you grant to us (and our service providers, and our marketing partners) permission to communicate with you via Email for any purposes we determine to be relevant to your use of this Site or your relationship with us, including, but not limited to, system messages, product updates, service announcements, relevant educational sponsor offers, and other marketing messages.
